Squad Coloring - Nick Bradshaw

A drawing by artist Nick Bradshaw that I colored. I came across this fella in 2011 at GenCon, and we discussed art and such, and I said I colored images on occasion and that his lines looked like they'd be great for colors. He goes, "Take two, I'd love to see what you can do!"

So, now that I'm going to GenCon this year, I figured I should get them done so I can show him (provided he's there this year of course). This would be the second image that he had provided me.

They're a VERY close knit squad, aren't they? I admit, I was tempted to go with rainbow colors, but figured that'd be playing into the stereotype a little bit much.

Also, I find coloring metal objects to be giving me a hard time. I'll have to do some research, see if I can find a way to do a better job of it.
