Agreed, mine is just like that.
One thing your coworker needs to watch out for is Bout-It's weak trachea. This breed needs to use a harness and not a leash like that, their trachea's can break easily; and their eyes are not set in their heads all the way, so they can pop out of the socket if they pull against the leash too much.
Their level of pain tolerance is ridiculously high.
